Our Story

Our story began in 2017 in the corridors of Stockholm School of Business. Amidst a exhilarating 3-party negotiation exercise, Fritz's triumph captivated my admiration.

Over invigorating conversations (and shots of tequila), a friendship bloomed, and soon after, our hearts intertwined on the cobbled streets of Riga, where the seeds of love were sown. It was under the starry skies of Uganda that we declared our love official.

Despite the physical distance that later separated us—Fritz in Canada and myself in Barcelona—our love remained steadfast. Eventually, as we bid farewell to our student days, we made the heartfelt decision to build a life together in the charming city of Stockholm. In the beautiful chaos of navigating adulthood together, our cozy abode became a sanctuary, and we've become each other's pillars of support to flourish into our most authentic selves.

And then, on a serene August day, with Älgö ö's serene beauty as our witness, Fritz posed a question that needed no answer.

Here's to the chapters we've written and the adventures yet to come.

You're probably wondering...

How do I get to the venue?

The venue is accessible by car. For our international friends we recommend flying to Stuttgart, Frankfurt or Munich airport and rent a car from there. We recommend grouping up to save fuel and be mindful of carbon emissions.

If you insist on taking public transportation, you have the option to take trains. Check for timetable and tickets here.

What is the dress code?

Where could I stay?

We have all 34 various rooms of the castle reserved for our wedding along with a contigent offer for a lovely hotel in a close proximity. The estimated cost is 60-80 euro per person per night. Simply indicate on the RSVP form if you would like an accomodation arranged for you and our wedding planner Julia will help you make the neccesary arrangements.

Gifts

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for. For those who wish to contribute to our celebrations, we kindly ask for cash gifts only. A designated box will be available for your envelopes at the wedding reception. Thank you for your understanding and generosity.
